Miyachi Unitek is proud to introduce the MC-1301 spot welder and compactor for solid and stranded wire welding applications. The unique compacting mechanism produces a solid fused weld joint with single or multiple parts. Tungsten electrodes are designed to produce the weld heat and the ceramic tooling inserts compact the flow of metal from the sides. Either AC or inverter controls can be utilized for closed loop feedback control and a stacked cylinder design permits a wide range of force control.
